Ειδικές Πληροφορίες για Κάθε Κατηγορία Προϊόντων:

Α. Τεχνικός Εξοπλισμός (snowboards, split boards, μπότες, δέστρες, skateboards, κράνη, μάσκες κλπ):

  • Η εγγύηση για τον τεχνικό εξοπλισμό καλύπτεται απευθείας από τον εκάστοτε κατασκευαστή.
  • Η διαδικασία και οι όροι της εγγύησης διαφέρουν ανάλογα με την εταιρεία.
  • Για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτησή σας, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας πριν προβείτε σε οποιαδήποτε ενέργεια.

Τι δεν καλύπτει η εγγύηση στον τεχνικό εξοπλισμό:

  • Φυσιολογική φθορά από χρήση.
  • Ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν από ατυχήματα, πτώσεις, χτυπήματα ή επαφή με αντικείμενα.
  • Ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν από κακή χρήση, αμέλεια ή μη τήρηση των οδηγιών χρήσης και συντήρησης.
  • Ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν από τροποποιήσεις ή επισκευές που δεν έγιναν από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό.
  • Χαλασμένες λάμες, φουσκώματα από πτώσεις,  κακή συντήρηση (π.χ. στέγνωμα μποτών σε υψηλή θερμοκρασία,  ξεθώριασμα χρωμάτων από κακή αποθήκευση, λάθος πλύσιμο τεχνικού ρουχισμού).
  • Απώλεια ανταλλακτικών ή εξαρτημάτων μετά την πώληση.

Σημαντική σημείωση: Τα αδιάβροχα/διαπνέοντα υλικά του τεχνικού ρουχισμού απαιτούν ειδικό καθαρισμό με ειδικά απορρυπαντικά.  Ρούχα που έχουν πλυθεί με ακατάλληλο τρόπο δεν καλύπτονται από την εγγύηση.

Β. Παπούτσια και Είδη Ρουχισμού:

  • Η εγγύηση καλύπτει κατασκευαστικά ελαττώματα.

Τι δεν καλύπτει η εγγύηση σε παπούτσια και είδη ρουχισμού:

  • Φυσιολογική φθορά από χρήση.
  • Ξεθώριασμα χρωμάτων.
  • Φθορά της σόλας από χρήση.
  • Ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν από πλύσιμο στο πλυντήριο (εάν ο κατασκευαστής το απαγορεύει) ή μη τήρηση των οδηγιών πλυσίματος.
  • Ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν από δραστηριότητες για τις οποίες το προϊόν δεν προορίζεται.
  • Ζημιές που προκλήθηκαν από κακή χρήση, αμέλεια,  επαφή με φωτιά, χημικά ή καυστικά υγρά, έκθεση σε υψηλές θερμοκρασίες,  ή  από  μυτερά αντικείμενα.
